Batman wants Batgirl to test out the cocky Robin in escaping a rope trap. She and Supergirl knows how skilled Robin is at escaping since he has been taught by the best.

Harley sees a chance to get a good laugh and treat Robin to total distraction. She somehow convinces both Supergirl & Batgirl that she has a great idea in testing the Boy Wonder.

Batgirl & Supergirl reluctantly allows Harley to entrap Robin between them in order to see how well he does to release all three.

Unfortunately, Harley places Robin in a distracting position with both Dynamic Gals and she gets her jollies while Ivy looks on exasperated with her antics.

I really like the purple latex thing Batgirl has going on. Really nice bit of subtle coloring there. Their entanglement here reminds me of the human knot trap from the old TV show: [link]

HAH! I forgot about that episode. But yeah, the commissioner wanted the more silver age colored costume (as well as Supergirl's 70's uniform).
