It's the annual Justice League & Avengers yearly get-together.
Friendships are renewed, friendly rivalry gently flairs and yet in the background, two of the most alpha females within each team walks proudly among both groups, Powergirl & She-Hulk.

The Flash & QuickSilver, the overall practical prankster & jokers of each respective group, decides to praise each others' topnotch members' attributes, both their physical prowess, their strengths and beauty.
The ladies are enjoying it while glaring daggers at each other...
Both gentlemen now sees an opening as they see their respective co-superhero starting to have simmering dislike toward each other as they start staring dagger eyes and spite at each other...

The pardners in jokes then decides to state that their strongest and toughest lady in their respective organization can take on the other...
This continuing egging-on of the pride and superior attitude of both ladies to getting to them very slowly but surely to the boiling point as they finally accidentally nudges each other while mingling with their fellow Leaguers & Avengers.

They both believe that the other had deliberately pushed the other to slight them and they almost come into blows;
the final straw to flair up the maelstrom;

but Supergirl & Rogue intervenes and stops their fellow teammates from throwing their fists at each other and cuss each other out.

Their anger & rivalry is now really ready to boil over and affect their fellow teammates...

Batman and Captain America, the respective team leaders of their organization, are mightily displeased with the antics of the Flash & QuickSilver in provoking their best & toughest Lady Warriors within each team and yet are at a loss to see how to punish both gentlemen for their transgression and how to calm the two ladies' angry attitudes towards each other.

Wonder Woman speaks out loud among the group and recommends that both ladies battle it out, wrestling style, best three out of five falls & pins.
Diana also states that the two combatants, Powergirl & She-Hulk, should be umpired by both the Flash and QuickSilver so that neither ladies will cheat nor hurt each other in their potentially colossal battle.

Valkyrie also speaks out that the ladies in question should battle it out on a tub that would be created by Green Lantern, Hal Jordan, and that both should use oil lotions so as to avoid hurting each other exceedingly.

They both agreed, their tempers already simmering to the utmost kettle point but the Flash & QuickSilver were ready to protest when both Batman & Captain America looks upon them most glaringly & sternly NOT to refuse to become umpires.

They swallowed their fears and reluctantly agreed...
The battle begins..
