Something for from the remake of my brother Joe's fanfic New Day Dawning.

On the... err, top, I suppose, is Dawn Summers. She's not quite Buffy's little sister anymore in this, coming into her own as the superheroine Hornet. Her costume colors are actually black and yellow; Joe was on a Dropkick Murphy's kick when I colored this and so she got all Irished up.

On the bottom is Astrid Jansen, a HYDRA attempt to create the perfect soldier and infiltrator by combining the strengths of several members of the Spider Family: most of Jessica Drew's suite, Mattie Franklin's spider legs, the organic webbing Peter had briefly, and Felicia Hardy's *ahem* appeal. Unfortunately for them, she's now rogue, a heroine, and not a particularly gung-ho one at that. Nope. Years of work, billions of dollars, and they created the world's hottest and most powerful... fashion designer. She studies under Janet Pym and goes through costumes just about as frequently, although she prefers black and white to irritate Felicia.

Oh, and she once kicked Felicia off the roof of a building during a mother-daughter argument.
