'Sometimes, I feel like the most disgusting person in the world. She's half my age, literally. Yes, she; out of all the possibilities, all the people who could survive being with a superhuman of my strength, I've ended up with another woman. And I suppose I'd be considered a cradle-robber no matter what, but the fact that she's below the human age of majority makes it even worse.
Sometimes, I feel like the luckiest person in the world. Every time I see her smile, it makes me glow inside. It doesn't matter if it's something as simple as when I introduce her to a new flower or animal she's yet to see in her short time on Earth, or as intimate as when our love-making literally shakes the world. She smiles, and the end of the world could come without me caring one whit. Sometimes, I feel like the most normal person in the world. From what I've read, every human touches themselves at some point. Kryptonians are no different in that regard. So really, doesn't that trump any taboo that would otherwise describe what I do? I touch… myself. In a sense. There isn't anything in your language… or my own, for that matter… to describe a situation like this. Individuals, and yet not. Twins, and yet not. Self, and yet not.
