Great redesign. I'm not very fond of yellow and black as a colorscheme, but you really pull it off wonderfully with this piece.

Wow, that's actually an interesting little chunk of history there. Your treatment of her is grand, the yellow and gold go together well without making her look like a bumble bee The long cape makes her very majestic-looking, too. She's got a real staunch, squared-shouldered look to her you don't see in female heroes much, and your wonderful shineshade seems to bring her out of the flat colors of the Silver Age into today.
